GRANT Oxford | contemporary art post-doctorate research grant | Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art – apply by 25 January 2013

The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art is now taking applications for the 2013 Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship competition for a post-doctoral research project in the field of contemporary art history and theory. The fellowship is designed for academics beginning their careers in contemporary art history and is renewable for up to 36 months. MORE HERE



OPEN CALL Vietnam | call for proposals | Da Nang International Stone Sculpture Symposium – apply by 5 February 2013

The Da Nang International Stone Sculpture Symposium will be held from 20 July 2013 to 16 August 2013 in Da Nang, Vietnam. For the forum, they will choose ten Vietnamese and ten international artists from submitted proposals to produce works on site. MORE HERE


PRIZE Australia | art writing prize | Lorne Sculpture Biennale – apply by 28 February 2014

The Lorne Sculpture Biennale has announced the inaugural Scarlett Award for critical writing on contemporary sculpture.
