The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites and will be responsible for contributing to website projects, monitoring and posting on social networks, engaging in online forums, participating in online outreach and promotion, and conducting analysis. Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) hereby invites qualified drama, xiqu, music, dance, visual arts, film, media arts and multi-disciplinary arts organisations to submit proposals for the 2018/19 One-Year/ Two-Year/ Three-Year Grant. The Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA) administers the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ scheme of visual art and was founded with the purpose to facilitate Norwegian contemporary art abroad and to strengthen its visibility and international position. OPEN CALL | Global | Call for Submissions | JAR Journal– 2 February 2018

JAR currently publishes three issues each year. We accept and review submissions on a rolling basis. The editorial review process typically takes six months from submission to publication. JAR invites submissions from all fields and disciplines in which artistic research may be relevant, including areas that are not usually conceived of as artistic. JAR’s format for publishing artistic research, the exposition, invites authors to combine text, image, film and audio material on expandable web pages, challenging the dominance of writing in traditional academic research. Submissions in multiple languages are accepted if accompanied by an English translation, which will act as master version. Multilingual expositions are also welcome as long as translations are provided. MORE HERE
