In this second certificate in our art writing diploma programme, your editor will encourage you to explore a topic in more depth than you were able to as a 101 student. The article or articles that you write will average 800 words in length, and you will be responsible for researching the story, finding images to accompany the story and writing the story. This is completed with one-on-one guidance from your editor. Below are some examples of the different types of stories that our students have written.
- Indonesian contemporary art in Italy: A “faraway world” brought closer to Rome
- How Taiwan’s city governments view street art: Beautification over vandalism?
- Bank Negara art collection: Still growing at 50
- Unravelling history in “Japanese House” – Tomoko Yoneda at ShugoArts
