Second Hong Kong sound art event celebrates silence – event alert


“Sound Friction No2: The Zen Ensemble” is part two in a series of sound art events being held in Hong Kong under the banner of Sound Friction. According to the organisers, experimental record label Re-Records and Videotage, a non-profit new media organisation, artists in The Zen Ensemble will be exploring “the composition and performance of silence” matched with “stunning live visuals.” The event is free to attend and hopes to attract “electronics and sound art lovers.”
